Dr. Diana Mutebi founded Crane Consulting & Coaching in 2011 after completing her doctorate in Organisational Psychology at the University of London. With over 15 years of coaching experience across Uganda, Kenya, and Rwanda, she is widely regarded as one of East Africa's leading professional coaches. She is passionate about helping Uganda's professionals bridge the gap between talent and opportunity.
Robert brings 12 years of consulting experience in Uganda's public sector, FMCG, and financial services industries. A former senior manager at MTN Uganda, he transitioned to coaching in 2016 and has since worked with over 200 individual clients and 30+ organisations. His speciality is leadership transition coaching and helping Ugandan managers navigate the shift from peer to leader.
Faith is one of Uganda's most sought-after communication coaches, having trained over 500 professionals in business communication, public speaking, and cross-cultural communication. A former journalist and broadcaster with NTV Uganda, she brings a unique blend of media expertise and coaching science to every workshop. Her sessions are consistently rated as the most energetic and practical in our portfolio.
Brian specialises in executive coaching for C-suite and senior leaders across Uganda's corporate and NGO sectors. With an MBA from ESAMI Arusha and certification from the Center for Creative Leadership, he brings rigorous evidence-based methodology to leadership development. He has coached executives at organisations including UN agencies, major Ugandan banks, and regional private equity firms.
